Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of RedMantu (the “Service”), operated by RedMantu (“we,” “us”). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What RedMantu Does

RedMantu monitors public posts in the subreddits you choose, matches them against keywords you configure, and uses automated scoring to surface the ones most likely to be sales leads. Matches are delivered to you by email, Telegram, and — on eligible plans — a webhook you control.

RedMantu reads public Reddit content only. We do not post, comment, message, vote, or otherwise take any action on Reddit on your behalf, and we never ask for or store your personal Reddit login credentials. Any activity you personally conduct on Reddit — replying to a lead, messaging a user — is yours alone and subject to Reddit's own terms, not ours.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it current.
• You're responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken with your credentials or an active session, whether by you or anyone you've given access to.
• You may sign in with a password or with Google. Either way, one account per business/organization unless your plan says otherwise.
• Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription Plans & Billing

• RedMantu is offered on monthly subscription plans of varying feature tiers, described at checkout. Some plans start with a trial period; what happens to your data and access when a trial or subscription ends is described in-product and in our Privacy Policy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. Canceling stops future charges but doesn't refund the current period, except where the law where you live requires it.
• We may change prices or plan features with advance notice. Continuing to use a paid plan after a price change takes effect means you accept the new price at your next renewal.
• Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider; RedMantu does not store your full card number.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use RedMantu to spam, harass, or send misleading or deceptive outreach to anyone you find through the Service;
• Try to access another customer's account or data;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service or its output as a competing product;
• Use RedMantu in a way that violates Reddit's own terms of use — you're responsible for your own compliance with the platforms RedMantu surfaces content from;
• Use the Service for anything illegal, or to monitor content for a purpose that violates someone else's legal rights.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Third-Party Services

Parts of the Service depend on outside providers — for example, AI providers that help score leads and suggest keywords/subreddits, search-data providers that support subreddit suggestions, our email and Telegram delivery, and Google for sign-in. Their availability affects ours; see the Privacy Policy for how data moves through them.

6. Intellectual Property

RedMantu owns the Service itself — its software, design, and branding. You own the content you put in: your project configuration, keyword lists, subreddit selections, and the leads generated for you. We don't claim ownership of your business data, and we don't use it to train models beyond operating and improving the Service you use.

7. Disclaimers

RedMantu is provided “as is.” Lead volume and quality depend on real Reddit activity in your chosen subreddits, which we don't control and can't guarantee. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific number of leads will result from using it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, RedMantu isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service — including lost business, lost data, or lost profits — even if we've been advised such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Termination

You can cancel anytime from your account settings. We can suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law. On termination, your access ends; data handling follows the Privacy Policy's retention and deletion terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date; continuing to use RedMantu after a change takes effect means you accept it. Material changes will be flagged more prominently — e.g., by email.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which RedMantu operates. (Specific governing-law jurisdiction to be confirmed.)
